Returns and exchanges

We want every Artiani piece to arrive in the right condition and feel at home in your space. If something is not as expected, write to us first and we will review the issue with care.

What may be returned or exchanged

Undamaged items may usually be considered for return or exchange if they were delivered in standard condition and your request is made within the stated timeframe.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, send us the order code and a short note first.

Request timeframe

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if you want to request a return or exchange.

Early contact helps us review the order while delivery details and item condition are still clear.

Condition of returned items

Items should be undamaged, clean, and returned in the same condition in which they arrived.

Items that are usually not returned

Original paintings, clearly custom pieces, used items, and any item returned in altered condition are usually not eligible for return.

If an exception is needed because the item was received with a problem, we will review it individually.

If an item arrives damaged

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible with your order code and clear photos.

We will review the issue and guide you toward replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
