Order guidance
Artiani orders can be paid either by bank transfer or on delivery. After you place an order, you will see the next payment step on screen and receive the same guidance by email.
Below is a short guide to payment, delivery, and order tracking.
You can choose either bank transfer or payment to the courier on delivery. If you choose bank transfer, please use one of the bank accounts shown at checkout and include your order code as the transfer reference.
If you choose payment on delivery, the courier collects the payment when the order arrives.
Delivery in Tbilisi costs 5 GEL and usually takes about 3–4 working days.
Delivery to regions costs 10 GEL and usually takes about 5–6 working days.
You can track your order with your order code and your email or phone number.
On the profile page you can follow the current stage of your order, including payment method, awaiting payment, processing, and shipping updates.
